Exchange and Returns
Have you placed an order on our webshop and want to return or exchange it? That's allowed!
How do i return an item?
Unworn items can be returned to us within 14 days. This can be done by mail. In this case, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. The items can be returned to: Schutrups Exloo Zuiderhoofdstraat 13 7875 BW Exloo Returns can also be made free of charge at the Schutrups Exloo. In this case, the provided return form must be filled out correctly and brought along.
Return Shipment Conditions
The item is returned within 14 days of purchase The provided return form is filled out as completely as possible -> Download return form The item is in its original condition and complete The item has not been used or worn (trying on is allowed, of course)
When will i receive my refund?
Once we have received the return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 working days via the payment method used for the order.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanging an item directly is possible. To receive the desired item, you can terurn the package to us. If you fill out the return form correctly and clearly indicate that you want to exchange an item, we will send the desired item to you.
Warranty
If an item is damaged or defective, you can contact us at webshop@schutrups.nl. To process your complant as effectively as possible, please provide as many details as possible about the defect.
If the 14-day inspection period has expired, but the product breaks while being used under normal circumstances*, please contact us as soon as possible. in this case, we will promptly explore an appropriate solution.
*Normal use includes proper maintenance of shoes. if shoes are not properly maintained, they may break more quickly. In that case, warranty claims cannot be made.
